Lord, we offer these prayers for Carmen and Elaine and The Gathering Ministry, according to Your Word and Your Will…
* May their love (for each other and all the world) abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that they may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, - - to the glory and praise of God. (See Phil. 1:9-11 NIV)
* May You give them a spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that they may know You better. I pray also that the eyes of their hearts may be enlightened in order that they may know the hope to which You have called them, the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and Your incomparably great power for us who believe. (See Eph. 1:5-21 NIV)
* My prayer is not that You take them out of the world but that You protect them from the evil one. (Quoting Jesus’ prayer in John 17:15 NIV)
* We pray that Carmen and Elaine may enjoy good health and that all may go well with them, even as their souls are getting along well. (See 3 John :2 NIV)
* Thank you that they can do everything through Him who gives them strength. Lord, please supply all their needs according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus. (See Phil. 4:13,19)
